She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from ACU in 2022 and brings valuable experience from the NDIS sector, where she built a strong, person-centred approach to care. She’s currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Health, alongside her Clinical Pilates Instructor qualification ✨ Outside the clinic, she loves walking, running, pilates and visiting her family on the farm.

We’re so excited to announce that Karly Coltman MACP is returning to SPC Bondi Junction from maternity leave and her PhD studies! In Karly’s words: “I’m really excited to be back in the clinic, reconnecting with my wonderful patients. The past couple of years have been a busy mix of PhD life and motherhood, but I’ve genuinely missed working with you. My doctoral research focuses on non-surgical care for persistent pelvic pain, and being back in clinic helps me make sure that my research stays practical, relevant, and meaningful. I hope to see you soon!”

Welcome to the team, Sophie Stobbs (musculoskeletal physiotherapist). Coming from Scotland, Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020 and will begin a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2027 ✨ Outside the clinic, she enjoys the outdoors, the beach and tennis. 💪

Mid Year Team Meeting
A chance to pause, reflect and look ahead — together.
Our team brought their collective knowledge, ideas and experience to the table, brainstorming ways we can continue to innovate, improve patient outcomes and keep raising the bar in pelvic health. 💡
We also took the time to recognise the people behind the work, celebrating our team with our Values Awards and acknowledging the impact they have on our patients, our clinic and each other. 🫶
There’s plenty of exciting things happening behind the scenes at SPC, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next. 👀
Because great patient care starts with a great team — and we’re pretty proud of ours. 💙
Congratulations, Laila Harrity!
We’re so excited to celebrate Laila Harrity, our incredible Physiotherapy Assistant and exercise class teacher at Sydney Pelvic Clinic, on graduating with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS)! ✨
Laila brings so much enthusiasm, kindness and knowledge to every class she teaches 💙. She has a wonderful ability to make our clients feel supported, encouraged and confident as they work towards their health goals. Whether she’s assisting in the clinic or leading exercise sessions, her genuine care and positive energy shine through 🌿.
This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication Laila has shown throughout her studies while continuing to support our clients and team. We couldn’t be prouder to have her as part of the Sydney Pelvic Clinic family and can’t wait to see all that she achieves in the future 💪.
Please join us in congratulating Laila on this fantastic milestone!

City 2 Surf 2026
Shout out to SPC Physios Giulia and Cherie, taking on the City to Surf this weekend! Pictured here with Jess Brown at the finish line after a successful run in this fabulous event.
The evidence is clear: regular movement supports pelvic health, bladder control and overall wellbeing — movement really is medicine. 💙
However you like to move — walking, swimming, yoga or a jog around the block — your pelvic floor benefits too. Small steps, big benefits ✨
