For a range of health conditions and life stages, high resistance exercise or fitness training may be a vital step in achieving wellness and an individual’s full potential. Our trainers work closely with our pelvic health physiotherapists to provide safe and effective programs, tailored to each person’s goals and health concerns.
Whether you are recovering from pelvic surgery, looking to return to running or sport postpartum, interested in improving your bone health, or simply looking to improve your fitness, this service is available to support your journey.
What to Expect
These sessions are run by an SPC-certified personal trainer, and may consist of high resistance gym-based exercise or field-based agility and plyometric exercises.

Eva loves working with people and has a strong interest in fitness and wellbeing.
As part of SPC’s integrated approach, she offers personalised training sessions to people who would like to continue their fitness journey outside the clinic studio, still with the oversight of their physiotherapist.





Training Locations
60 minute 1:1 session are conducted at St Leonard’s Anytime Fitness Gym or at Gore Hill Oval.

Personal training regimes are customised to suit your individual needs. Our personal training clients include:
Recovery from Musculoskeletal Injuries
Training in recovery, with an injury or ailment is best undertaken under the guidance of an experienced personal trainer to ensure the exercise format is appropriate for your condition. This type of training is suitable for people after musculoskeletal surgeries and injuries including total hip or knee replacement, ACL tear and similar.
Training with Other Health Conditions
This type of training is suitable for men after prostate surgery, postpartum mums returning to exercise, or those with pelvic organ prolapse or osteoporosis.
Athletic Populations
Working towards athletic goals under the guidance of a qualified personal trainer is a fantastic way to approach your athletic goals.




How Do I Book My Spot?
To determine if this service will suit your needs, your physiotherapist will complete an assessment and recommend a tailored exercise plan for your session. You can visit us at our Atchison St clinic, at St Leonards for your initial assessment.
Health Fund Rebates
Personal Training sessions are not available for Private Health Insurance rebates currently. We are reviewing the opportunity for this in the future and will update this section if / when that changes.
