We offer a range of online and studio-based exercise classes designed to help you achieve higher levels of strength, stability and body awareness.

Our classes run in terms throughout the year, you can trial our classes before committing to a full term pass.

Book a Physio Assessment with one of our qualified Physiotherapists to ensure your exercise plan is tailored to your individual needs. All our exercise class participants should book an assessment before scheduling an exercise class.

1. Risk & Safety
1.1. Whilst every precaution will be made to ensure exercises are safe, targeted and appropriate to the level of the class, participants perform exercises at their own risk.

2. Summer Classes
2.1. Summer Classes run for three (3) weeks in January prior to the start of term one. Clients can pay for an addition week if they would like to participate in 4 weeks
2.2. Early bird prices are available until the 23rd December 2022
2.3. Prices after the 23rd December are charged at the casual rate.
2.4. Annual pass holder early bird means that they have purchased the 2023 annual passes prior to 23rd December 2022
2.5. All exercise class terms and conditions apply as listed below to Summer Classes

3. Exercise Class Term Times
3.1. Exercise classes are run over four (4) terms throughout the year.
3.2. Each term runs for eleven (11) weeks.
3.3. Clients must book a specific class for the whole term.
3.4. Change of class is not allowed except in extenuating circumstances, or in line with our MUC Policy.
3.5. In week 9 of each term, existing class participants will be given preference to rebook their class for the next term. If bookings are not made within 7 days, places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

4. Exercise Class Bookings
4.1. All exercise class bookings must be made no later than two (2) hours prior to the class start time, or your booking is not guaranteed.
4.1.1. To book a class within two (2) hours of the start time, please call the clinic on 02 9387 4444 during clinic open hours.
4.1.2. For classes outside of clinic open hours, please book earlier to avoid disappointment.

5. Payments
5.1. Exercise Classes are to be booked and paid prior to the term start date.
5.2. Eligibility for the early bird pricing is as follows:
5.2.1. Pay in full by the last business day before the start of the term.
5.2.2. Terms start dates may differ from the date of the first class of the term.

6. Cancellations & Make Up Classes (MUC)

6.1. Studio Classes
6.1.1. In the event you are unable to attend your booked class, you agree to cancel your class booking using the Online Booking System at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class to allow others to take your place.
6.1.2. Failure to do so will result in your class being forfeited.
6.1.3. MUC are available within the same term and cannot be carried over to the next term.
6.1.4. MUC fair use policy applies. To ensure all participants have fair access to classes we reserve the right to remove or amend MUC at any time without credit for cancelled classes.

6.2. Online classes
6.2.1. In the event you are unable to attend your booked class, you agree to cancel your class using the Online Booking System at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class to allow others to take your place.
6.2.2. Failure to attend classes or update attendance on a continuing basis may result in removal from our online classes.
6.2.3. For Online Term Pass participants that are unable to attend their booked class, you forfeit the class. MUC do not apply to online class pass holders.

7. Exercise Class Cancellations
7.1. If you wish to cancel a class that you are booked into, you must use the Online Booking System to remove yourself from the class, or call the clinic, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time
7.2. All exercise classes must be taken in the term they were originally scheduled for.
7.3. Exercise Classes cannot be carried over into the next term.

8. Refunds & Credits
8.1. All exercise class passes are non-refundable.
8.2. If events outside our control (e.g. COVID-19 Govt. Restrictions) prevent us from facilitating face-to-face studio classes, clients will be able to attend online classes in the same term.
8.3. No refunds or credit will be provided for unused exercise classes, except as stated in 8.4.
8.4. If you are pregnant and unable to continue with your exercise classes, we will give you a credit for Mums ‘n’ Bubs classes that you can use next term.

9. Private Health Insurance Rebates

9.1. Participants are responsible for checking with their individual private health insurance health fund regarding rebates and eligibility requirements. Sydney Pelvic Clinic accepts no responsibility or liability where health fund rebate claims are rejected or unavailable.

We have breastfeeding and baby changing areas for your convenience and an on-site crèche, so you can be child-free whilst you enjoy your class. Please call ahead to reception to confirm availability.
