You will start with an initial exercise assessment so your physio can tailor a specific program to meet your needs. The session will take place in our exercise studio and may include the Pilates reformer, trap table, wunda chair, cable machines, free weights and other small pieces of equipment. 1:1 exercise therapy is a minimum of 30 minutes, but can be scheduled for up to 60 minutes and include a home exercise program if desired.
