Strength & Mobility Classes

Our physio-led strength and mobility classes are a high-value, evidence-based complement to your physiotherapy treatment. These classes ensure your outcome is robust over the long-term.

In our small group classes, you will be guided back to the blueprint of your body, which is often lost through injuries, poor posture or bad habits. Every class is led by a physiotherapist, who will tailor the exercises to your individual needs, guiding you to build strength, stability, flexibility and balance within your body. We have a strong focus on education, empowering you to connect to your body throughout movement. Our classes caters for all levels from absolute beginner through to advanced levels.

Class Format: Hybrid

Our classes are 60-minute, mat and small equipment-based classes. You can attend in the studio at Bondi Junction, or in the comfort of your own environment via zoom.

Every class will have a unique set of exercises delivered by the instructor. You can expect each class to be comprised of:

Focus of the week

Each week our classes have a different focus, such as pelvic floor, gluteals or posture, to ensure we cover every aspect of your body’s needs. This creates diversity of movement, educates you about your body, and promotes resilience in your muscular system.

Our teaching team is highly skilled at catering for multiple levels in each class, from beginners through to advanced. This enables you to take the level that you need in the moment, we understand you may be advanced at some things but newer at others. It also allows you to attend any class that suits your schedule best.

Who this is for:

You may be recommended to join this class by your physiotherapist or you may self-refer to this service. We are highly experienced exercise therapists and provide safe exercise regardless of your age or gender; and have a special interest in exercise for various conditions including: endometriosis, back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, hip pain, post urological and gynaecological surgeries, osteoporosis, peri-menopause and menopause, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic floor muscle problems and prolapse.

How Do I Book My Spot?

Please book an Initial Physio Consult to determine the exercise class most suited to your needs as it is important we know your history, exercise capabilities and specific goals before you get started. Your Physiotherapist will complete an assessment and recommend a tailored exercise plan to ensure you are booked into the right type of exercise class for you. You can visit us at our Spring St, Bondi Junction clinic.

Please ensure you have paid for your classes with reception prior to booking into your class.

Health Fund Rebates

Our classes are eligible for Private Health Insurance rebates for Clients that have attended a Physio appointment first. Rebates are dependent on your individual fund and level of cover. Please check with your fund prior to booking to avoid disappointment. If you are covered, the class is billed under code 560.
