About You

This is an exciting opportunity for the right physiotherapist:

Preferably you will be an experienced pelvic physio that is looking for the next step in your career. Or perhaps you’re just looking for a clinic that truly values your experience and can provide the work environment and role that you want.

The role could also suit a strong candidate in the earlier stages of their career looking for support & guidance to rapidly develop their pelvic & women’s health skillset.

Please note that although SPC provides a range of pelvic services spanning women’s, men’s & kid’s health if you’re looking for a women’s health role only that’s OK as this is our main patient demographic.

Requirements

Essential:

  • AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in a private practice environment
  • Experience & proven capability in pelvic &/or women’s health
  • Demonstrated passion for physiotherapy
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to work within a team and share patient management
  • Demonstrated commitment to the patient outcome, must have a patient-centred approach

Desirable:

  • 2+ years private practice experience
  • Post graduate pelvic or women’s health qualifications
  • Experience with and passion + desire to develop competency in men’s &/or children’s pelvic health
  • Experience & proven capability in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise therapy
  • Willingness to teach classes/Pilates in both group and individual formats or run educations seminars

Hours:
Full time or part time. We’re happy to explore how we may create a mutually rewarding relationship … hours negotiable.

Remuneration:
Remuneration will be based on experience – above market salary will be offered for the right candidate. Employee and contractor options available.

We value & encourage our physios to join our team on a permanent basis, although we’re certainly open to consider alternative arrangements for a talented physio who’d be able to offer a minimum commitment of 2 years.

About You

You are an experienced pelvic health physio looking to join a senior clinical team . You’re also looking for a clinic that truly values your experience and can provide the work environment and role that you want.

You may also be looking for a leadership role, and the opportunity is available for candidates who possess the relevant skillset. We can also help you develop these skills.

SPC provides a range of pelvic services spanning women’s, men’s & kid’s health. As a senior in our clinic it is preferred that you service at least 2 of these areas. Training will be provided if required.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident, patient focussed massage therapist who has great assessment and manual therapy skills. We are committed to providing consistency to our patients so you must be looking for a long-term role.

Essential

Relevant Australian massage qualifications (Dip. RM or equivalent), registration with appropriate industry body, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, registration with all Health Funds and ABN as the role is a contractor position.

Remuneration

Competitive rate offered based on candidate’s experience. All full-time staff receive a free monthly massage to keep in peak condition!!

Shifts

Multiple shifts are available across the week. Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Note: extra cover is required in April as our current massage therapist is on leave

Our Clinic

Sydney Pelvic Clinic offers an integrated approach to injury management that focuses on quality outcomes for our patients. We specialise in Pelvic, Women’s & Men’s Health issues. We also provide general and sports physiotherapy services. We use massage to complement our physiotherapy services. We are a small team, who work together to achieve our clinic goals and are looking for a massage therapist who wants to be a part of the Sydney Pelvic Clinic ‘family’. Convenient location close to Bondi Junction Westfield, only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.

ADMIN ROLES
