At Sydney Pelvic Clinic, we provide a holistic and integrated approach to the treatment and management of pelvic conditions. In addition to our clinical services, we offer a range of online and studio exercise classes designed to assist in the rehabilitation process, complement pregnancy and post-natal exercise needs, and ensure robust and sustainable outcomes for participants.
Our classes are small and are run by our physiotherapists and highly-trained staff. Classes are provided through our sister clinic AJ Physio (at the same location) and there are options for all levels of experience. Teachers work with participants to help them reach higher levels of strength, stability and body awareness. Exercise Rehab uses our customized exercise space to optimally rehabilitate your body from pain or injury. These targeted sessions are used to specifically retrain or rehabilitate certain areas of the body through the use of exercise and equipment including reformers, wunda chair, trap table, cable machine, therabands, weights and wobble boards. Our Pregnancy Exercise Classes are designed to help women exercise safely throughout their pregnancy. They are suitable for any pregnant woman, up until their due date. Suitable for mums of bubs from 6 weeks to 8 months, these classes focus on rehabilitating the muscles involved in pregnancy and delivery and help prepare you for the demands of motherhood and returning to more demanding exercise. Learn more

Physio Yoga & Yin Yoga

Yoga classes are run as small groups to ensure a safe, individualised and quality yoga practice. Our Yoga class has a clear focus on alignment, core control, breath regulation and mindfulness, and includes Yin Yoga, a weekly class of slow, guided meditative practice. Learn more
