Anna White MACP

Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Anna is a highly regarded pelvic health physiotherapist who has worked across leading pelvic health clinics in Perth, Hobart and Sydney. She completed her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health) at Curtin University in 2016 and is known for her calm, compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.

Anna’s pelvic health journey began at Sydney Pelvic Clinic (then known as AJ Physio!) over a decade ago. Since then, she has played a key role in establishing and growing two pelvic health services within private musculoskeletal practices in Perth, helping to improve access to specialised care for women and men in the community.

Anna has extensive experience treating a broad range of pelvic health conditions and has a particular interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, guiding new mothers during their postnatal recovery, and helping high-level athletes optimise their pelvic health and performance. She has also had the privilege of working with athletes from the Australian Women’s National Hockey Team, supporting them with their pelvic health.

Outside the clinic, Anna enjoys staying active through running and skiing, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations whenever she has the opportunity to travel.
