Beeta Tira APAM

Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Beeta graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Distinction), and built her early career across private practices on Sydney’s North Shore, developing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, chronic pain and return to sport across a wide range of patient demographics. It was here she first began working in women’s health, going on to complete her Level 1 and 2 Women’s Pelvic Health training with the APA. Working in Melbourne further broadened her musculoskeletal and pelvic health experience, before returning to Sydney to join the team at Sydney Pelvic Clinic.

Beeta has a keen interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and is motivated by the difference it can make to improving one’s quality of life and their relationship with their body. She takes a patient-centred approach, working with each person to tailor treatment to their individual goals, so that care reflects what matters most to them.

Alongside her pelvic health work, Beeta brings a strong background in musculoskeletal injury management, prevention and return to sport. She maintains an approach that empowers patients through movement and education, and has extensive experience in the role of exercise rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates in facilitating recovery.

In her spare time, Beeta loves keeping active through weight training, running and cycling. You’ll also find her getting her hands dirty in the garden or at the pottery studio.
