Bridget Goldsmith APAM

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Bridget Goldsmith graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (ACU) in 2022. Following graduation, she worked within the NDIS sector, where she developed extensive experience supporting individuals with a range of disabilities. This role strengthened her understanding of a holistic, person-centred approach to healthcare and provided valuable opportunities to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for her patients.

Bridget is a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move with confidence, improve their function, and achieve their individual goals. Combining evidence-based treatment with genuine understanding and support is Bridget’s approach to care.

Bridget has a particular interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Health to further expand her knowledge and clinical expertise in this area. She is passionate about supporting individuals with pelvic health concerns and is committed to providing personalised care that empowers patients to better understand their bodies.

Alongside her pelvic health training, Bridget is also completing her Clinical Pilates Instructor qualification, allowing her to integrate movement-based exercise and targeted physiotherapy treatment into her approach. She enjoys helping patients build strength, confidence, and resilience through tailored exercise programs designed to support long-term health and function.

Bridget values building genuine relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming environment and believes the best outcomes are achieved through partnership, education, and open communication.

In her spare time, you can find Bridget walking, running, doing pilates or visiting her family on the farm!
