Introducing Postnatal Beyond!

📢 Introducing Postnatal Beyond, a new small-group, physio-led class at Sydney Pelvic Clinic! 💪

Designed for mums ready to progress beyond initial postnatal rehab, this class builds full-body strength, core control and single-leg strength, with impact gradually introduced to help you return to weights, running, jumping and HIIT. 💙

🌿 Launch date: Thursday 5th November
🌿 Time: 11:30am
🌿 Where: Sydney Pelvic Clinic, Bondi Junction, Studio 1

Places are limited so everyone gets individual guidance and progressions.

✨ Is it right for you? You’ll need to be at least 12 weeks postnatal, have completed a standing pelvic floor and return-to-impact assessment with your physio, and been screened for any risk factors that may affect your readiness for higher-level strength and impact exercise.
Already in our postnatal classes? Speak to your physio at your next appointment about whether Postnatal Beyond is your next step. 💜
