2026 Well Women Conference

A weekend well spent 💙

This weekend, SPC Principal Dr Angela James and SPC Pelvic Health Physio Jess Brown attended the 2026 Well Women Conference at the Hilton.

We joined leading specialists and GPs to explore the latest advances in women’s health, with sessions on gynaecology, haematology care for women, fertility case discussions, and skin and body changes during peri and post menopause. ✨ We were proud to have Angela present a great talk on physio-led management of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. 💪

She shared why the pelvic floor matters and helped spread the word about the important role of physiotherapy in women’s health. 🌿 Thank you to everyone who came to listen and ask questions. 📢
