Jessica Brown APAM

Pelvic Physiotherapist

Jess graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2019 in the UK, where she began her career working across both the National Health Service and private sector. During this time, she gained broad clinical experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and rehabilitative settings. It was here that she developed a strong passion for pelvic health and supporting individuals through all stages of life.

She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care, combining manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and acupuncture. Jess is passionate about helping people feel confident in their bodies and achieve their personal goals, whether during pregnancy, postnatally or when managing complex pelvic health concerns.

Now based in Sydney, Jess is excited to bring her clinical expertise and compassionate care to the Sydney Pelvic Clinic. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and empowered in their recovery.

Outside of work, she enjoys going for coastal walks, practising Pilates, catching up with friends over coffee or trying out some surfing.
