Amy Richardson APAM

Amy completed a BSC Hons Degree in Physiotherapy in Scotland where she grew up. From there, Amy relocated to NZ where she was working as a Physiotherapist for the past 6 years. It was there that, Amy completed her training in reformer and Pilates teaching, specialising in pre and post-natal patients and this is where she developed a passion for Pelvic Health. Now moving across to Sydney to continue developing her career in women’s and men’s pelvic health, she is currently completing her Post Graduate certificate in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, with the University of Melbourne.

When not treating patients or studying, you can find her outside exercising, running by the beach or refuelling with brunch in a café.
