Qualified Instructors

Every class is led by a Physiotherapist or Yoga Instructor who understands how to select exercises that are safe for you, and allow you to build strength, stability, flexibility and ultimately balance within your body.

Intimate Class Size

In our small group classes or 1:1 sessions you will be guided back to the blueprint of your body, which is often lost through injuries, poor posture or bad habits. Ask your Physiotherapist to recommend what suits your needs.

All Fitness Levels

We have exercise classes for all levels of fitness and experience from beginner to intermediate and advanced. We have a strong focus on education and connecting you to your body throughout movement.

Health Fund Rebates

We recommend booking a Physio Consult as a first step to taking our exercise classes. Our classes are eligible for Private Health Insurance rebates for Clients that have attended a Physio appointment first*.

* Rebates are dependent on your individual fund and level of cover. Please check with your fund prior to booking to avoid disappointment.

Retrain or rehabilitate specific areas of your body following pain or injury, with targeted exercise sessions. Equipment includes reformers, wunda chair, trap table, cable machine, therabands, weights and wobble boards.
