Pilates Instructor

As a competitive dancer and always active person, Jenn discovered Pilates in university and has been loving it ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Communications, and a Master of Applied Finance. Her career began in Investment Banking which brought her to Australia, but after a decade in Finance, her body was suffering with numerous health issues and she thought the grass might be greener with a career change.

In 2012 she began to teach fitness full time, completing Certificates of Pilates Mat and Reformer. Jenn also holds Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as training in Barre, Functional Movement Systems, and the MacGill Method. She is passionate about the importance of good form in execution, both as a means of injury prevention as well as to improve strength and mobility. But while she takes her Pilates technique seriously, she doesn’t take herself too seriously, and enjoys teaching both group and private sessions which are fun and help people improve their quality of life.
