Our team of highly experienced physiotherapists provides comprehensive pelvic physio services for women, men, and children, as well as pregnancy and post-natal physio.

We’re excited to be able to provide a convenient pelvic physio option for Sydney’s lower North Shore residents, and those travelling from Northern Sydney, Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, and the Central Coast of NSW.

Dr Angela James FACP
SPC Founder & Principal Physiotherapist

Dr. Angela James FACP is the Founder & Principal Physiotherapist of Sydney Pelvic Clinic, an accomplished pelvic health service for women, men, and children. In addition to her clinical work, Angela teaches locally and internationally, striving to improve the quality of physiotherapy services beyond her own borders.

Rhyannon Spring APAM
Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Rhyannon is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist. She is currently undertaking a Master’s of Physiotherapy, specialising in pelvic health through the University of Melbourne. Rhyannon has a particular interest in pre and post-natal conditions, and is the clinical lead physiotherapist for our Bump Birth & Beyond (BBB) program at SPC.

Kaitlin Christmas APAM
General Physio, Women’s & Men’s Pelvic Health Physio (Maternity Leave)

Kaitlin graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017 and developed a keen interest in Women’s Health while completing her Honours Project in Breast-Cancer related Lymphedema. Over her career, Kaitlin has gained experienced in both the private and public sectors, including elite sports, orthopaedics, neurological rehab, occupational health, and aged care.

Amy Richardson APAM
Women’s & Men’s Pelvic Health Physio

Amy completed a BSC Hons Degree in Physiotherapy in Scotland where she grew up. Amy completed reformer pilates teaching training, specialising in pre and post-natal patients, through this developing her passion for Pelvic Health. She made the move across to Sydney to further develop these skills and has recently completed her Post Graduate in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy with the University of Melbourne.

Madeleine Markson MACP
Pelvic & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Madeleine graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (Honours). Since then she has worked in private practice where she has had great exposure to a wide variety of conditions including musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation as well as deconditioning and fall prevention in the elderly. She also has experience in teaching clinical Pilates classes.

Zoe Wallace MACP
Women’s & Men’s Pelvic Health Physio

Throughout her career, Zoe has strived to become an expert in the physiotherapy profession, undertaking extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health including a professional certificate in the conservative management of pelvic organ prolapse through the UniSA, the world’s first tertiary led physiotherapy certification for pessary fitting and management.

Leora graduated from the University of Sydney in 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (First Class Honours) and completed her Masters of Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health) (First Class Honours) at the University of Melbourne in 2025. She has extensive experience in women’s and men’s pelvic health, urology, trauma, surgical and orthopaedic management, and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care.

Pelvic & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Tracy graduated from the University of Sydney in 2023 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (Honours). She has worked across musculoskeletal and hydrotherapy settings, gaining experience in sports rehabilitation, neurological care, and Clinical Pilates. Her interest in women’s health began early in her career and has developed into a dedicated focus on pelvic health. She is currently completing the Graduate Diploma of Pelvic Health at the University of Melbourne while working at Sydney Pelvic Clinic.

Hector Roble
Massage Therapist

Hector is qualified with a Diploma of Remedial Massage (allowing Health Fund rebates, if your policy covers massage) and Cert IV in Fitness Training. He is a gifted massage therapist and uses Remedial Massage as his primary tool to help restore his patients to peak physical condition. With this experience and additional training, he is highly skilled in prenatal and postnatal massage.
