After completing her BSc in Sport Science & Health in Ireland, Aoife moved to Australia to see more of the world. At home Aoife worked as a receptionist and Pilates instructor in a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic and is looking forward to putting her experience into practice in Sydney Pelvic Clinic!

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and Pilates classes, as well as walking by the beach and reading.
